The brand new KT line of foils has the biggest innovation in 8 years of foil design that lowers the stall speed of the foil by 2-3 mph, while keeping top speed over 30mph.

Unmatched efficiency, glide, acceleration and maneuverability for experienced riders. The Atlas series is crafted for intermediate to advanced riders seeking exceptional glide, acceleration, and a broad speed range without compromising turning ability.

Designed to optimize lift over a reduced surface area, the Atlas features a unique rear-loaded camber profile and low sweep, allowing it to operate efficiently even at surprisingly low speeds. Tuned for early lift, effortless pumping, speed generation, and high resistance to stalling or “dropping out,” it delivers consistent performance across a wide range of conditions. Inflected wingtips make breaching turns and ventilation virtually unnoticeable, making the Atlas ideal for any progressing wing, surf, or downwind foiler. Despite its high aspect shape, the Atlas offers responsive maneuverability, carving, and glide, giving riders the freedom to master advanced maneuvers, tacks, and enjoy a smooth ride at any speed.

Highlights

  • Glide-Oriented Geometry: Low sweep with center of lift aligned for maximum efficiency at design speeds.
  • Advanced High Camber Airfoil: Optimized for maximum efficiency across a wide speed range, with a rear-loaded design that reduces surface area and boosts low-speed performance while maintaining stability and control.
  • Wide Range Efficiency: Maintains performance from low to high speeds. Precision and Control: Offers reactive control for tight turns and deep carves.
  • Inflected Wingtips: Maximizes control through surface-piercing breaches with high resistance to ventilation.
  • High-Speed Performance: Exceptional acceleration and controlled top speeds.
  • Progression-Driven Design: Crafted to support and elevate rider progression.
  • Optimized for Surf and Downwind: Tailored for surf, wing, kite, or SUP foilers seeking ultimate freedom and performance.

Click, click..boom

Adjustment on the fly is almost a must these days. High performance foils can need some small increments of mast positional change during a session should the conditions vary.

Meet the Click Nut.

  • Billet machined Titanium screw body, stops corrosive damage to basemount
  • Billet machined alloy wingnut
  • Ultra light bomb proof construction
  • 22 point wingnut adjustment once tightened
  • Ratchet ability to fit past oversize bulbous basemounts

Available in sizes M8x25mm, M8x30mm

This lightweight finger adjustable assembly will screw into any M8 T-nut. It weighs in at just a fraction over a standard SS screw used in the same position.  Once locked into position it can be adjusted by lifting the wingnut to a freewheeling position to align in a hydrodynamically correct position.

What drag?
The Click nut will become an essential part of your foil kit. Its ability to align to a straight position adds almost zero drag to any setup you install it on. The lightweight yet strong construction offers seamless integration to your setup, with added flexibility to adapt to anything the conditions throw at you!

★★★★★

Above and beyond what I was expecting for a beginner foil lesson. Jeff was nice enough to teach me about the equipment, how to set it up and even let me choose what size board I wanted to try. On top of that he has some of the nicest equipment on the market! Once we hit the water Jeff was very patient and informative. I never felt rushed and I was able to progress a lot. Highly recommend Jeff and all of his services!

Had a great session foiling behind Jeff’s boat! Was really nice to sample the Konrad gear and try some new equipment. He had an array of options to help dial in the best opportunity to learn more about controlling the foil. Would go again any day!

The Konrad 1600 Surf wing is my go to for winging and wing foil surfing in 10-14 mph wind. It’s got a low stall speed and is easy to get on foil. Carving is really smooth and easy, stable and balanced. When it’s bigger/windier I use the GS1250 High aspect which turns and rides smoother overall, making it carry speed really well through turns. Not “twitchy” but stable. Like all HA wings, it needs water flow to get going, but once you’re up and riding- it’s fast, pumps well and surfs really well- loose but not scary, stable but not stiff. A solid system that’s easy to set up and break down.
